| I've just been gaining and gaining and gaining. My fat jeans,size 2 American Eagle. Are ridiculously tight,I can't even fit into my size 2 hollister shorts. I'm pathetic.
I've fasted for 12 hours,I'm going to go for 24,48,72,and if i'm lucky 100.
All coffee with skim milk,seltzer,water,and that's it.
If worse comes to worse I'll make the best food decision if starvation isn't an option.
I'm a disgrace,I need motivation now more than ever. I'm not new to this,but it's new getting back on track. I need tips and tricks and thinspo and just help. help.

I look disgusting. This is what eating does to me. I can't stop and now I look like this. I don't even know how much I weigh. 72 hours Fast. 3 pm.
Allowed: Sugar Free Gum (Sparingly) Water (Like no tomorrow) Green Tea (Like no tomorrow) Diet Soda (Sparingly) Black Coffee (Sparingly)
